This notice explains what personal information Green Design Sydney Pty Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, where it is kept and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to protect us.
Who we are

What we collect, and when
- Property Atlas. The address you look up, and — when you ask for the full reading — your name, email address and mobile number.
- The enquiry form. Your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us about the property and the project.
- Ordinary web logs. Standard technical information our host records for every visitor, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use it to identify you.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, financial account details or payment card numbers through this website.
Why we collect it
So a real person can respond to you about the property you asked about. That is the whole purpose. Your Atlas result is emailed to you and read by Fred so that he can tell you anything the automated reading missed.
What we will not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
- We do not add you to a mailing list or a newsletter.
- We do not pass your details to builders, agents, brokers or other consultants unless you ask us to.
- We do not publish your property address. Case studies on this website name the suburb only.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Formspree, our form provider, and reach us by email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are outside Australia, which means your information is stored overseas. Email we hold sits in Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years and then deleted. Where we are engaged, project records are kept for the period our professional and insurance obligations require, which is longer.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Email [email protected] and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it, and we will do it within a reasonable time and without charging you. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
This website uses only what it needs to function. Property Atlas remembers within your current browser session that you have already given your details, so it does not ask twice. That is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
A note on Property Atlas results
The planning information Atlas returns comes from the NSW Department of Planning’s published mapping. It is preliminary information about land, it is not advice, and it is not a planning certificate. It is described in full on the Atlas page.

Tell us first — contact details above — and we will deal with it directly. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
